ABOUT HARDAGE HOSPITALITY, LLC

Samuel A. Hardage, Marriott's first Residence Inn franchisee, founded Hardage Hospitality, LLC after decades of pioneering work in the hospitality industry. He previously founded Woodfin Suite Hotels in 1985 and Chase Suite Hotels in 1996, companies that together developed, managed, or franchised more than 25 hotels with over 4,000 rooms in 13 states.

As an early innovator in the all-suite hotel category, Mr. Hardage recognized the changing needs of business travelers and extended-stay guests. His ability to anticipate and respond to shifting market trends has shaped Hardage Hospitality's enduring success.

Today, Hardage Hospitality, LLC continues to be guided by the same core principles: a dedication to delivering exceptional service, a consistent world-class product, and a commitment to creating lasting value for our guests, associates, and communities.

GROWTH & INNOVATION

In keeping with our commitment to providing exceptional hospitality, we are proud to announce the opening of two new Marriott-branded hotels in Marina del Rey, California: The Courtyard by Marriott and the Residence Inn by Marriott.

These additions mark an exciting milestone as we continue expanding our portfolio in key markets, delivering the same dedication to service, comfort, and quality that defines the Hardage name.

COMMUNITY

At Hardage Hospitality, we believe true leadership means creating lasting value — not only through exceptional hospitality, but by making a meaningful difference in the world. That's why we proudly support the Vision of Children Foundation, founded by our Chairman and CEO, Sam Hardage.

Dedicated to curing hereditary childhood blindness and vision disorders, the foundation reflects the same values that guide our work: vision, compassion, and long-term impact. Through this partnership, Hardage Hospitality continues to invest in a legacy of care — within our industry and well beyond it.
